This project involved a detailed post-construction final cleaning for a commercial space. Although the project was smaller in size, it was highly labor-intensive due to the amount of detailed surface preparation required.
A major part of the work included the careful removal of all stickers, protective films, and manufacturer coverings from kitchen appliances, stainless steel surfaces, and other metal finishes. This detailed removal process represented approximately 70% of the overall project scope and required extra attention to avoid damaging finished surfaces.
Our team completed a full final cleaning of the space, including interior and exterior window cleaning to provide a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
We also thoroughly cleaned the floors, restroom area, kitchen surfaces, fixtures, and all accessible surfaces affected by construction dust and residue. Every area was addressed with attention to detail to ensure the space was fully prepared for use and ready for turnover.
